As of March 13th, 1999, the Sailor Moon RPG will not be accepting any more created character applications, until further notice. This is due to the current size of the RPG and the proportion of created characters to series characters. The SMRPG Council apologizes for any inconvienence. If you would like to be notified when we decide to allow applications again, please sign up for our updates mailing list by clicking the link below. When applications are opened again, a notice will be sent out on this mailing list.
